I started to listen to shortwave radio (SWL) when
I was 13 years old (1998) I started with a Radio
Shack Short wave radio then moved on to an old S-40B
Hallicrafter that still works today. I've got my
official radioamateur license in May of 2000 and
enjoying experimenting with antenna's, satellite
communications, digital communications, VHF/UHF
and Packet on air with different types of software
including RTTY. Building computers and network communication
experiments are one of my most favorite hobbies.
